Keith W. Herrmann

Mr. Herrmann is an experienced litigator, representing clients in both judicial and administrative proceedings with a proven track record of success. Mr. Herrmann joined the Stelzner firm in March 2019 and has been working on regulatory issues, contract and procurement issues with the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority, the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Doña Ana County, Pueblo of Acoma, Jicarilla Apache Nation to name a few.

Mr. Herrmann previously worked at the New Mexico Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department on regulatory matters involving oil and gas production across the state with an emphasis on prosecuting violations of the Oil and Gas Act. His experience also includes practice for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Office of Enforcement, and the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office, in the Water, Environment and Utilities Department.

Prior to attending Law School at the University of New Mexico, Mr. Herrmann practiced civil/environmental engineering and construction management in Miami, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
